The LABOR DAY D1SCOVERY DAY Showcase Camp is tailored for high school players & elite middle school players aspiring to take their game to the next level and to help pursue their dream of playing at the collegiate level by being coached and scouted by elite college programs. This event gives those a chance to display their talent in front of 8+ In Person Division 1-3 Colleges/Universities in an extremely small showcase setting.
During this one-day showcase camp, only 44 players will be accepted and put through drills for the first hour followed by competing in 2 competitive games. Each game, players will have the unique opportunity to be coached by 2-3 coaches and by a different DI-III collegiate coach while the other coaches in attendance will be on the sidelines recruiting with our detailed recruiting binders & coaches’ packet.
All games are played on only 1 turf field – the perfect showcase setting to get the most exposure. Players will be guaranteed a high level of play and top exposure!

FORMAT
PLAYER FORMAT
- Restricted to Rising Freshman-Current Seniors
- Limited to Only [44] Total Players
- 22 Man Rosters for Each Team (2 Total Teams)
GAME FORMAT
- Players will be assigned to 1 of the 2 teams for the entire day
- Games will be played as two (2) 60-minute running games with a 2-minute halftime
- Before the first game, coaches will run instructional drills/warm-up – an opportunity to learn from the best coaches in the country
- Each team/player will receive top instruction for up to 60-Minutes
EXPOSURE:
- Exposure to 8+ Staffed DI-III Schools
- A 5:1 Prospect to College Coach Ratio – ~2:1 Player to Coach Ratio While Playing
- Games Played on 1 Turf Field Assuring Weather is Not an Issue & Guaranteed Exposure
- Venue is Within a 30 Mile Radius of More than 18 DI-III Colleges/Universities (All are Invited)
- One of the First Recruiting Events of the Fall, Days after the Recruiting Open Period Begins So Players Can be Seen Right Away!
- National, Regional & Local Media Coverage by Top Lax Recruits and Back of The Cage & ConnectLax
- Compete Against the Top Players from the Tri-State Area & East Coast to See where you stack
- Write Ups for the Top Standout Players picked by the coaches (announced the next day)

SCHEDULE
Check-in: 9-9:45 a.m.
Assigned reversibles are distributed to each player (First Group)
Players must check in prior to their first game at the main registration tent in front of the turf field
Warm-Up/Intro
The first 2 teams will warm-up to prepare for training/drills with the college coaches
Perform Pre=game drills by your Game #1 College Coach and half of the coaching staff in the beginning
START TIME: 10:00-11:00 a.m.
Players will be in drills conducted by the different college coaches
Players must check in prior to their first game at the main registration tent in front of the turf field
Games:
Players will play on their assigned team for 2 total games in front of 8+ D1-III Coaches
Each game will be led by 3-4 different College Coaches who will provide players w/ a pre-game warm-up with drills & stretches

Refund Policy Terms:
The Boys’ Labor Day D1SCOVERY Day Showcase Camp in conjunction with College Bound Laxers & Long Island Lacrosse Showcases provides no refunds (full or partial), even in the case of acts of God, severe weather (wind, thunder/lightening, rain etc.), or any other event that may result in delays and/or cancellations. However, in the event of an injury with a note from a physician, a 75% credit will be applied if notified 35 Days prior to the start date.
